A commemorative presentation plaque featuring a decorative brass door knocker mounted on a rectangular polished dark wood board. The knocker is designed as a stylised masquerone or sunburst mask with a circular swinging ring handle. Situated below the knocker is a rectangular brass plate with black-filled engraved text that reads: PRESENTED TO / JOHN CROZIER / FOR ADOPTING, ADAPTING / & IMPROVING / DUNELM ROUND TABLE / No. 1145. The inscription references the official motto of the Round Table service organisation, Adopt, Adapt, Improve, and identifies the Dunelm (Durham) branch. The brass components are fixed to the timber mount with visible screws or pins.
